Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped and delivered from Monday to Friday, except on local or national holidays, to the address indicated by the customer, generally between 9 am and 7 pm.
Shipments are mainly made via registered CTT.
It is important to note that we are unable to determine a specific time window for delivery, as this depends on the carriers.
Providing an incomplete or incorrect address may result in the order being returned to MimikoPets, incurring new shipping costs for the customer. Therefore, we recommend that you confirm all data before finalizing the order. Once processed, it will not be possible to change the order information.
Shipping Countries and Associated Costs
We currently ship to the following locations:

Mainland Portugal: Shipping costs €4.50 for all products. Free shipping on purchases over €39.

Portuguese Islands: Fixed postage of €4.50. Free shipping offers for purchases over €39.

Other Countries: Variable costs depending on weight (calculated after adding products to the cart).
If your country is not on the shipping list, please contact us to find a solution. Our products are also available worldwide through Etsy.
Processing Time
The time it takes to prepare an order for shipping may vary. For more details, please refer to the individual items.
Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import fees that may apply. We are not responsible for customs related delays.
Exchange and Return Policy
You have up to 10 days from receipt of the order to communicate, in writing, your intention to exchange or return to info.mimikopets@gmail.com. Please include the reason and attach photographs of the product. The exchange or return will be subject to approval by the MimikoPets team. Consult the conditions, considering that these are products that involve hygiene and care for animals.
Please remember that all products are made especially for the customer, after the order is placed, ensuring that the product is new and of high quality. Shipping costs are always the customer's responsibility.
We do not accept exchanges:

Products with evidence of use;

Personalized products, as they are made to measure and confirmed by photographs with the client;

Beds and pillows, for hygiene reasons.
This policy only applies to products purchased directly from MimikoPets, through our website or social media. Products purchased from partners must be handled directly with them.
